The following information will guide you through what you need to know to let us make your event the most stress free experience possible.

Reservations and Rentals Rates

Reservations

  • A credit card number is required to hold any order.
  • A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Payment is due in full 5 days prior to your rental date.
  • Cancellations are permitted until 14 days prior to rental date with a full refund of all deposits made.
  • Cancellations made within the 14 days are subject up to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Adjustments can be made to orders up to 5 days prior to rental date. Subject to availability.
  • A 50% cancellation charge will apply to any tents if cancelled less than 60 days before the date of delivery.
  • A 100% cancellation charge will apply to all tents cancelled less than 5 days before the date of delivery.
  • No credit is given for unused items.
  • Unless you have a confirmed order, all prices are subject to change at any time.

Rental Rates

Rental rates are on a per event basis. In most cases we will deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after your event. Please let us know if you would like to keep your rental products longer than 48 hours.

What You Need To Consider

1. Plan for the Future

Last minute changes can be counterproductive and may have adverse affects on an otherwise successful event. Knowing what rental products you will require when preparing to order will help eliminate the possibility of disappointment. At PeakRentals.com we make every effort to assist you with your choices.

2. Placing your order

Booking your rental products long before the date of your event will reduce rushed decisions. It gives sufficient time for you and PeakRentals.com to work together to design and deliver an enjoyable event. Ordering early also increases the probability that the products and delivery and pick up times you want will be available.

3. Completing your Order

A credit card number is required to reserve your order. Our policy is to carry out a final order review with you no later than one week before the event. At this time we will go over every item on the order with you, make any additions that you require, and complete the order by receiving payment in full.
Before we can deliver to the event, PeakRentals.com must also receive the following:

  • Complete delivery and pick up information
  • The name and reachable phone numbers of onsite contact person
  • Driving directions
  • Parking locations for PeakRentals.com truck
  • Specific drop-off locations.
